In a strategic partnership with TrustMark, Glue's Product Sprints significantly upgraded their digital services, focusing on consumer and trade experiences. Our approach, marked by time-boxed periods of intensive ideation, allowed us to swiftly identify, validate, and implement new features. This project involved a holistic update of TrustMark's website, particularly enhancing the search functionality. This key feature enabled consumers to easily find and connect with reliable tradespeople, streamlining their experience.
Our efforts extended beyond consumer-focused improvements. We developed a robust quote builder tool and a two-way quote request communication system tailored specifically for trades-related interactions. These tools facilitated smoother communication between consumers and tradespeople and supported trade companies with an efficient and user-friendly onboarding journey. By focusing on both ends of the service spectrum, we ensured a cohesive and effective platform for all users.
The culmination of these Product Sprints yielded a more intuitive, accessible, and efficient platform for TrustMark. The updated website, enhanced search capabilities, and new trade tools significantly improved user experience, fostering trust and efficiency in home service engagements.
