In our partnership with Croma, the challenge was to elevate their in-store digital kiosk experience, a critical touchpoint in the consumer electronics retail journey. With their fast-paced and iterative approach, Glue's Product Sprints were perfectly suited for this task. Each sprint was a blend of creativity and precision, designed to meet Croma’s specific requirements in the dynamic world of consumer electronics. Our objective was clear: rapidly evolving the user experience, tackling intricate design aspects, and introducing innovative elements to make Croma's product displays stand out.
We started by designing Croma's in-store kiosks, focusing on user-friendly information architecture, interaction design, and seamless user journeys. A highlight was the creation of a promotional kiosk for their 'Gadgets of Desire' campaign. This innovative feature allowed customers to connect their devices and test music on various speakers, enhancing their in-store experience. Additionally, we developed engaging animated interstitial screens that captured customer attention and effectively showcased Croma’s wide range of products.
The impact of these Product Sprints was significant. Croma’s digital kiosks transformed into interactive, customer-centric hubs, leading to increased engagement and a more immersive shopping experience. The intuitive design and novel features like the promotional speaker-testing kiosk resonated well with customers, making technology more accessible and fun. These enhancements elevated Croma's in-store ambience and reinforced its position as a leading player in India’s consumer electronics retail sector.
